Grape-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    5 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix the buttermilk and the Grape-Nuts (don't use mixer!).
    Let set for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add the eggs, sugar and salt; mix in the dry ingredients.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can put in small bread pans or 2 large ones.
    This is good spread with oleo and a slice of cheese on top.
