Ingredients

4 c. cold, boiled, diced potatoes
3 Tbsp. flour
1 lb. Berk's hot dogs
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine potatoes and onions.
Sprinkle flour and season with salt and pepper on top.
Add milk and hot dogs.
Put in greased, shallow baking dish and dot with margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts.
