Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour two loaf pans. Beat eggs, then add oil, sugar, grated zucchini and vanilla.
    Cream together.
    Sift and measure 3 cups flour.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients to other mixture which has been creamed.
    Mix all thoroughly.
    Add broken nut meats last.
    Blend and pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
