Easy Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    granulated sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large mixing bowl, beat condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.
    Add Bisquick mix and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Flatten with fork.
    Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
    (Do not overbake.)
    Cool.
    Store tightly covered at room temperature.
