Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 pears, grated
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grate the 2 pears.
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add oil, sugar, lemon peel, vanilla and pears.
    Mix well.
    Sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into 2 or 3 loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
