Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    5 medium mashed bananas (2 c.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease 2 loaf pans. Beat all ingredients in a large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, 45 seconds. Pour into pans. Bake until wooden pick inserted halfway in center and sides come out clean (50 to 60 minutes). Cool completely before slicing.
