Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. zucchini
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add zucchini, oil, sugars, and vanilla.
    Mix lightly, but well.
    Add salt, soda, and baking powder.
    (Note:
    If using self-rising flour, eliminate salt, soda, and baking powder.) Add cinnamon, flour, and chopped nuts.
    Mix everything together well.
    Pour into a well-greased loaf pan (9 X 5 1/2 X 3 inches). Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until done in center.
