Chicken Coq Au Vin(Chicken In Wine Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. dry white wine
    1/2 c. carrots, chopped
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Dip chicken in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Brown the chicken.
    Add all other ingredients in saucepan to chicken and simmer, covered, 45 to 50 minutes.
