Moist Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add oil and sugar.
    Sift flour and cinnamon. Mix this into the egg mixture.
    Stir in zucchini, vanilla and nuts. Bake
    in 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
