Sugar Free Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced peeled apples
    1 small can frozen apple juice, undiluted
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Cook apples 5 minutes in apple juice.
    Add cornstarch, cook until thickened.
    Add cinnamon. Pour mixture into pie crust, cover with other crust.
    Seal edges, cut slits in top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown.
