Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans French-style green beans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Drain green beans.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add flour, salt, pepper, sugar, sour cream and grated onion.
    Fold the beans into the mixture.
    Spread in 2-quart buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle top with Swiss cheese.
    Top with buttered crushed cornflakes. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
