Kentucky Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can creamed corn (or use 2 cans cream style)
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 (8oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients but butter.
    Place in greased casserole. Cover with melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 min. or until firm and slightly brown.
