Fudge Sundae Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 double graham crackers
    1 stick oleo
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans
    1 gal. coffee or vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Crush and sprinkle graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex. Melt chocolate chips and oleo. Add slightly beaten eggs; mix well. Add powdered sugar, pecans and vanilla. Spoon over crackers and freeze.
    Soften ice cream and spoon over other mixture. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
