Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat together first four ingredients.
    Add fruits; add rest of ingredients and stir gently until just blended.
    Bake in 2 well-greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool ten minutes before removing.
