Coco-Not Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 small egg
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1 c. instant potato flakes
Preparation
    Cream
    together butter, sugar and coconut extract.
    Add egg and
    beat,\tstir in biscuit mix and potato flakes.\tCover and chill
    for about 1 hour.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Shape dough into marble-sized
    balls
    and
    place
    about 2-inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
    Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
