Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In medium bowl, beat egg yolks. Add condensed milk and beat until well blended.
Slowly add lime juice, mixing well (custard will thicken as you add lime juice).
Pour immediately into a baked pie shell and top with meringue.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until meringue is browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
