Amish Cinnamon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Starter
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    raisins, nuts, etc. (optional)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 to 4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small box vanilla instant pudding
Preparation
    Stir ingredients well. Do not use electric mixer.
    Pour batter into 2 large or 5 small greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour for large pan; 45 minutes for small pans.
