Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (26 or 32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, shredded
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
onions, chopped to taste
1 (8 to 12 oz.) pkg. Cheddar or American cheese, shredded
1/2 c. melted butter (can use less)
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Preparation

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together. Put this in a 9 x 13 pan which has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray.
