Friday Night Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 large onions, chopped
    4 c. pinto beans or to your liking (with juice) or 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 can chopped tomatoes with juice
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Combine ground beef, garlic and onions in a Dutch oven until beef is browned, stirring to crumble.
    Drain well.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Simmer uncovered one hour, stirring occasionally.
