Pumpkin Pecan Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. canned pumpkin
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda and spices.
Add eggs, pumpkin, water and oil; mix until well blended.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce to 325\u00b0 and bake 1 hour.
Excellent for freezing.
