Italian Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 small can tomato paste
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. dried parsley or fresh sprigs
    1 clove garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
    meat (if desired)
Preparation
    Saute garlic.
    Cut up in olive oil.
    Take out garlic.
    Add all ingredients.
    Fill empty paste can twice with water and add. Simmer about 35 minutes.
    Add browned ground meat (drained of fat) before simmering.
    Spread over cooked spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
