Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cut brown paper to
fit
bottom
of
two
medium cookie sheets.
Turn oven on at
350\u00b0.
Beat
egg whites until stiff; add sugar and salt.
Add
vanilla and beat until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips
and
pecans.
Drop by teaspoon on the brown paper and place in the preheated oven.
Cut the oven off and leave in the oven for at least 2 hours.
