Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    pineapple slices
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 iron skillet
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet, add brown sugar and dissolve.
    Place pineapple slice on mixture and set aside.
    Beat egg yolks and add sugar and pineapple juice.
    Mix and add flour and baking powder sifted together.
    Beat and fold in egg whites that have been stiffly beaten.
    Pour batter into skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 until cake is brownish.
