Yeast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    5 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 yeast cakes
Preparation
    Boil the milk and let it cool. Add sugar, shortening, eggs and salt. Mix yeast in warm water and let cool. Then mix with the rest and add flour. Knead. Put in a greased bowl and cover. Let set for 1 1/2 hours and then knead again. Shape in rolls or loaves. Put in greased pan and let rise for 1/2 hour. Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
