Indian Fry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    a little bit of milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and butter very well. Beat egg and add to flour mixture, stirring well. Add enough milk to make soft dough. Knead well. Set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
    When ready to fry, get small amounts of dough. Roll out on floured surface until thin.
    Place in hot skillet with 1 1/2 to 2-inches of grease. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
