Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 cans hominy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can pimento
1 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cheese and pour in buttered dish. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Uncover and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Return to oven until cheese melts.
