Zucchini-Pineapple Bread(Makes 2) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini, drained
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 oz. box raisins
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Sift together the flour, salt, nutmeg, baking soda and baking powder and cinnamon.
Mix and add eggs (beat until frothy), sugar, brown sugar, oil and vanilla.
Add to total mixture the grated zucchini, walnuts, raisins and pineapple.
Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
