Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cold skim milk, divided
    2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
    1 c. thawed Cool Whip
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O chocolate pudding
Preparation
    Add 2 tablespoons of milk to peanut butter. Stir until well blended.
    Stir in Cool Whip. Pour remaining 2 cups milk into mixing bowl.
    Add pudding mix.
    Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Spoon half of pudding mixture into 6 parfait glasses.
    Cover with topping mixture.
    Top with remaining pudding mixture.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
