White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 cups white sugar
    1 cup white chocolate chips
    2 cups all purpose flour
    1/2 cup Macadamia nuts
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup margarine
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine with sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
    Stir in all other ingredients. Mix until completely blended.
    You may need to finish mixing with your hands - mix to smooth dough.
    Shape into walnut-sized balls.
    Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes, until tops are slightly brown.
    Cool 5 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to rack to cool. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
