2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3-inch bread pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
