Hidden Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    4 to 6 pieces chicken (boneless)
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
Preparation
    Pour rice in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix water and both cans of soup.
    Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the rice.
    Add chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour the remaining soup mixture over the chicken; sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
