Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. soft butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. grated zucchini
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1/3 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Sift together first 6 ingredients.
    In a large bowl, beat sugar, butter and eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add and beat in zucchini.
    Now add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla. Fold in nuts and raisins.
    Pour batter into a greased pan and bake about 1 hour or until toothpick tests clean in center.
