Potato Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grated raw potato, drained
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    4 tsp. minced onion (instant)
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. chili sauce or barbecue sauce
    3 to 4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Blend potato, beef, 1 tablespoon onion (3 teaspoons), salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard and 1 tablespoon water.
    Shape into patties.
    Fry in hot oil until crisp and brown. Remove from pan and keep warm.
    Drain fat from pan; add to the pan the rest of the onion, mustard and water; heat and serve this over burgers.
    Makes 4 servings.
