Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 c. oil
4 eggs, well beaten

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Make a well in the center and pour in all liquid ingredients.
Mix by hand.
Grease and flour 2 or 3 loaf pans.
Pour mixture into pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until done.
Can be frozen.
