Carrot Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the first 7 ingredients together well.
    Sift together the cinnamon, flour, soda and salt.
    Add to first mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
