Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini (unpeeled) squash
    1 can crushed pineapple (small)
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Add zucchini, pineapple, raisins and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Grease 2 regular bread pans.
    Loaf pans can be used if desired.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Ovens vary.
    Cool.
