Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. granulated sugar or 2 c. NutraSweet
    1 1/2 c. canola oil
    1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts and pecans)
    4 eggs (or Scramblers)
    3 c. grated zucchini (raw)
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. almond or butternut flavoring
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together; mix sugar (NutrSweet), oil, nuts, eggs and zucchini.
    Put in tube or loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until done.
    (I used no icing, but topping could be used.)
