Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. fruit juice
    3/4 c. seedless raisins
    1/3 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. finely chopped, peeled tart apples
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cream together margarine, sugar and egg. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Alternate with the fruit juice. When combined add raisins, pecans and apples.
    Fold in.
    Pour into three small loaf pans, greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve warm right from pans.
