Pigs Out Of The Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. bacon bits
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 soup can water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small head cabbage, sliced
Preparation
    Prepare rice (cook); saute ground beef, onion and bacon bits (brown).
    Stir in soup and water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Alternate layers of cut cabbage and ground beef mixture in a casserole.
    Bake covered at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cabbage is cooked.
