Zucchini Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients; set aside.
    Beat together eggs and oil.
    Mix in sugar, zucchini, carrots and vanilla.
    Gradually mix in flour mixture and finally add nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 2 loaves.
