Lemony Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless, skinless whole chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. drained capers
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Coat chicken with mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until lightly brown and no longer pink in center.
    Remove to serving platter or dinner plates.
    Add chicken broth and lemon juice to skillet.
    Stir over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes, scraping up any brown bits in pan until sauce is reduced slightly.
    Stir in capers and parsley.
    Pour over chicken.
    Serve over noodles with sauteed bell pepper (green and red) strips.
