Ingredients

1 c. zucchini
1/2 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1 c. raisins
1 egg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cloves (pumpkin spice)
Preparation

Mix zucchini, shortening and egg.
Add soda, flour, spices and salt, then raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about three dozen.
