Banana Bread(Not Too Sweet.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 bananas (ripe)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening until fluffy; add egg and beat well.
    Add mashed bananas.
    Stir in dry ingredients slowly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
