Cumin Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef consomme
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
3/4 tsp. cumin seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. rice, uncooked
Preparation

Saute onion, pepper and rice in bacon drippings.
Add consomme, Worcestershire, salt and cumin seed.
Bring to a boil, stir and cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook 20 minutes.
