Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 c. water
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix above in order given using large mixing bowl.
    Pour into 3 loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    You can make two loaf pans but it will be very high in center.
    This freezes very well.
