Creamy Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. half and half
1 egg, beaten
1 garlic clove, minced
5 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid and shake well.
Refrigerate.
