Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. refrigerated loose pack hash brown potatoes
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 medium zucchini (2 1/2 c.), thinly sliced
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a bowl combine hash browns, onion, Parmesan cheese and 1 egg.
    Put into a 9-inch pie pan, or 10-inch quiche dish.
    Pat the mixture in the bottom and up the sides.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    In large skillet cook zucchini in margarine until crisp-tender.
    Arrange on the potato crust.
    In small bowl combine 2 eggs, cheese, milk, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Pour over zucchini.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
