Chocolate Almond Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. almonds
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
    2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation
    Sift together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
    To sifted ingredients, add cup of almonds.
    In medium bowl, mix oil, vanilla and eggs until well blended.
    Stir in melted chocolate until well mixed.
    Add zucchini; mix with dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
    Place on rack to finish cooling.
    Makes one large loaf.
