Gourmet Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French-fried onion rings
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Put salt, pepper and flour in a bag.
Put in chops and shake, brown in skillet in hot shortening.
Put chops in baking dish. Combine soup, water, ginger and rosemary.
Pour over chops. Sprinkle with half the onion rings.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Uncover, sprinkle with remaining onions. Bake 10 minutes more.
Blend sour cream into gravy.
