Danny'S Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 jars Prego spaghetti sauce (one 14 oz. and one 27.75 oz.)
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (1 sharp Cheddar and 1 Colby Longhorn)
    1 can Mexican style stewed tomatoes (15 oz. can crushed tomatoes)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
    1/4 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Place ground beef in skillet.
    Salt and pepper.
    Then add chopped onion.
    Brown, then drain well.
    Add spaghetti sauce and can of tomatoes to hamburger mix.
    Let simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
